The 2008/2009 OXFAM Global Directory

We are updating the Global Directory for 2008/9, now in its 16th edition! 
Dear Friend,

Oxfam and Venue Magazine are delighted to announce that the 16th Edition 
of the Global Directory is now in production. It is an invaluable listing 
of groups and organisations taking positive action to fight global 
poverty, promote trade justice, foster gender equality, and protect our 
planet and its future. Global Directory is the invaluable listing of

its future. In 2008-9 the editorial focus will be on Ethical Investment 
and Corporate Responsibility. Oxfam is the editor of the Global Directory, 
which gives high credibility and public respect for the publication.

The Global Directory is a colour publication that is locally produced and 
nationally acclaimed. It is distributed free by Venue Magazine, 
principally in Bristol and Bath and the surrounding regions. It reaches an 
audience of nearly 30,000 environmentally and politically aware readers 
and is one of Venue's most popular supplements. Oxfam also distributes 
about 4,000 copies to the media and politicians, to schools and libraries, 
and through its bookstores. The Directory is also available online at 
http://www.venue.co.uk/global/index.htm. Close to 80,000 people consult it 
each year.

You are eligible for a free listing in this Directory - we just need you 
to fill in a form with a short description of your organization (no more 
than 30 words) and all your contact details. Please do this as soon as 
possible or by 11th August 2008.
