[Finance&treasurers] Full Cost Recovery Meeting

Dear all,

Many thanks to those of you who attended the Network meeting on Full Cost Recovery on Wednesday. We feel it was a great interactive session which allowed us to share good practice and do some important networking. Thank you for your excellent contributions to this meeting. Your opinions on the FCR guidance and application forms will be given as feedback to the Investment and Grants team at the Council and wil help them to improve their application forms, and the guidance and support they give to groups in the future.

I have attached the notes on the Full Cost Recovery meeting here.

The next meeting will be on reserves policies and is likely to beheld in February/March. Further details to follow.
