Dear all,

I am pleased to invite you to the next meeting of Voscur's Finance Workers
and Treasurers Forum which will take place on Wednesday 7th November from 10
until 1pm. The focus of this information meeting will be on Full Cost
Recovery. 

In September this year Voscur will be facilitating a joint consultation
meeting on Full Cost Recovery with Bristol City Council managers and
commissioners of departments on the VCS board (those departments which
interact regularly and provide grants the VCS in Bristol). The purpose of
this consultation will be to develop set of guidelines on using a full cost
recovery approach which is appropriate for both  BCC and the VCSE sector,
examining appropriate costs and methods of allocating overheads to projects.


The meeting on November 7th will give you information on the outcomes of the
consultation and on implementing the guidelines in your bids to BCC and
other funders employing a full cost recovery approach (i.e. the Big Lottery,
Future builders etc).

We think this is an important opportunity for learning and networking
between finance workers and treasurers across the VCSE sector in Bristoll
and we very much encourage your participation in this event.  Please do get
